Forskningsintresse
Jag intresserar mig för frågor som rör skolans ledarskap, organisation och utveckling samt hur ledare på olika nivåer i skolorganisationer lär och utvecklas i sin yrkesroll, i samarbete med kollegor men även i samarbete med forskare. Dessutom intresserar jag mig för skolförvaltningars arbete kopplat till skolhuvudmän och rektorers gemensamma ansvar för organisering och ledning av kvalitets- och utvecklingsarbete.
Undervisningsintresse
Inom mina kunskapsområden undervisar jag framför allt inom Rektorsprogrammet, Fortbildning för rektorer och i uppdragsutbildningar men även i kurser på avancerad och forskarutbildningsnivå. Dessutom förläser jag olika sammanhang.
