Forskning: Malin Bogrens forskning syftar till att utveckla, stärka och implementera professionell kompetens inom sexuell, reproduktiv, mödra- och nyföddhetshälsa, samt barnmorskors arbetssituation och deras professionella roll, med fokus i låg-resursländer.
Pågående centrala forskningsprojekt:
- Implementera och utvärdera Barnmorskeutbildning i DR Kongo.
- Aastrika Birthing Center- en modell för barnmorskeledd förlossningsvård i Indien.
- Hållbar barnmorskeprofession i Syd-ost Asien.
Avslutade forskningsprojekt:
- Kvalitetssäkring av barnmorskeutbildningen i Bangladesh.
- Utveckla, implementera och utvärdera ett mentorskapsprogram för barnmorskelärare i Bangladesh.
- Att etablera en barnmorskeprofession i Syd-ost Asien.

Tidigare uppdrag och erfarenhet:
Malin har lång erfarenhet av att arbeta med internationella organisationer som FN:s befolkningsfond i Afghanistan, Bangladesh och Nepal, Internationella Barnmorskeförbundet ICM, och Läkare Utan Gränser. Som klinisk verksam barnmorska har hon erfarenhet från barnmorskemottagning, förlossningsvård och BB verksamhet.
