Employed as a PhD student since October 2020. Got his Master's Degree at the University of Vienna where he worked at CompCommLab and was responsible for scraping data from various online sources and conducting automated content analysis for different projects. His Thesis at JMG is looking into conspiracy theories and political dogwhistles in social media and is part of the GRIPES project and WASP-HS.
Research areas and interests include conspiracy theories, dogwhistles, populism, quantitative methods, machine learning, political communication, chatbots, gamification, and serious games.
