Om utbildningen
This course will be taught in Swedish, and is open to exchange students with sufficient knowledge in Swedish or another Scandinavian language (Danish or Norwegian).
Kursen vänder sig till dig som är intresserad av pedagogiska processer i arbetslivet. Stort utrymme ägnas åt villkor för lärande och kompetensutveckling. Aktuella företeelser såsom Human Resource Development/Management, organisatoriskt lärande, validering, anställningsbarhet och professionalism diskuteras i förhållande till förändringar som görs på arbetsplatser och i arbetslivet i stort.

This course can be combined with PDG111 (autumn semester) or PDG024 (spring semester). Depending on schedule, the course could also be combined with courses in the Teacher Education track or Education Science track.
