In this seminar we will reflect on routines dynamics (RD) arguments for observing how routines are created, maintained, and changed. We will examine the context from which the RD debate emerged and how it spread. In the seminar we will scrutinize 3 founding texts (both older and more recent ones). We will explore the arguments developed, the novelty of the discussion for observing organizations, and its use in organization studies.  The goal is to obtain an in-depth view of the so-called “process perspective” and its main outcomes, as well as understanding why this RD debate provides new insights to understand organizational dynamics and entrepreneurship.

We hope to see you there!
