Advanced animal model can predict immunotherapy effects

A new study from Sahlgrenska Cancer Center shows that an advanced animal model, where mice carry the tumours of the patients, could be used to beforehand get the knowledge of which tumour is going to respond to the treatment. The animal model could therefore be used for testing new therapies against the skin cancer type Malignant melanoma.
