University of Gothenburg

Course offer

The School's official language of instruction is Swedish. Since a number of higher-level program courses and most graduate courses are taught in English, visiting students are, however, able to complete a full year of studies in English.

Most of the courses are electives, or specialization courses at the advanced undergraduate/graduate level. Students are cautioned that some courses have a limited number of places available.

Some of the courses included in this section are offered subject to a minimum and/or maximum number of participants. Course starts are therefore contingent on the total number of registrations. The following course descriptions are arranged by subject area, rather than by department.

Please note that planned courses may be withdrawn from the list, for various reasons, while new courses may be added. The International Office will, of course, attempt to keep visiting students informed of such changes.

Students wishing to take academic courses taught in Swedish may contact the International Office for more information at courses@handels.gu.se.
