Research networks

CGM is member of several international research networks. These memberships function as a way to increase the visibility of GU's migration research internationally and provide increased access to information about research funding, doctoral student networks, training courses and publication opportunities.

International Migration, Integration and Social Cohesion in Europe (IMISCOE)

CGM is a member of International Migration, Integration and Social Cohesion in Europe (IMISCOE), the largest European research network on migration, which among other things gives access to international networks and research collaborations.

Nordic Migration Research (NMR)

CGM is a member of Nordic Migration Research (NMR). NMR's purpose is to strengthen migration related research in the Nordic countries by supporting research and spreading the results of research on migration and migration consequences in the Nordic countries and internationally.

Nordic Street-Level Integration Work

CGM is member of the Nordic Street-Level Integration Work, a Nordic network of researchers within the field of Street-Level Integration Work. A focus on what happens at the street-level, in the operationalization of policy to practice and in interaction with concrete individuals, provides important contributions to the how and why of integration work and outcomes of integration efforts in the Nordic countries. The network organizes a workshop-series designed to promote, develop, and support collaborative research on integration work in street-level organizations in the Nordic countries.
