Research projects
Here you find an overview of the various projects that are ongoing at the department, with links to both internal and external project pages.
On this page we have sorted current projects according to, for example, the main organism (plants, algae, fungi or animals) or whether the focus is on aquatic environments. We have also listed projects related to the UN global goal for sustainable developments (SDGs). At the bottom you find links to research groups with individual pages.

Sustainable development
Much of our research deals with global challenges and the possibilities to create a sustainable society, where we economize with the limited resources on our planet and make it possible for humans to live in harmony with plants and other animals. Here we have gathered some of the questions we work with, where many projects have a clear connection to the UN global goals.
