If you have more general questions about teaching at the department, please contact the vice prefect responsible for undergraduate studies.

Student expeditions and study guidance

On the second floor of Natrium you will find our Student Office. There you can, for example, collect your graded exams. Our study counsellors are also located there.

Our study counselors are available for shorter questions during drop-in hours at the following times:

Tuesday: 11.00 – 13.00
Wednesday: 11.00 – 13.00
Thursday: 11.00 – 13.00

Talk to our study advisors and book a longer appointment if you have bigger questions about how our programs are structured, or if you want help planning your studies. They can also help you with questions regarding study break or eligibility. If you have a question about grade reporting, exams, registration or Canvas, please contact our education administrators instead.

Exams

If you have questions about exams, contact us at tentor@bioenv.gu.se. Delivery of written exams takes place at the student office, Wednesdays 12:00-14:00.

Educational council

The educational council consist of the vice prefekt for education and the four directors of studies, responsible for the biology, environmental science, pharmacy and teachers programs.
