On this page you will find contact information to international coordinators at our seven faculties and International Centre.
The international coordinator can assist you who are an incoming exchange student with a wide range of matters, including:
- Practical guidance before arrival – providing information about health insurance, and travel arrangements.
- Academic support – assisting with course registration, credit transfer, and understanding academic policies.
- Administrative matters – guiding students through necessary paperwork, university systems, and local registrations.
- Ongoing support – being a point of contact throughout the exchange period for any personal or academic concerns.
You will be contacted by the responsible international coordinator at the University of Gothenburg when you have been nominated by your home university.
Please note that availability of the international coordinator is reduced during the summer months.
