Research interests I am interested in teachers' professional learning and development. My research is about how teachers and other professionals in school and preschool learn in and about their profession and especially in collaboration with each other and in some cases in collaboration with researchers. In addition, I am interested in middle leading (eg first teacher, development leader) linked to the school's school development assignment. I often collaborate with teachers and other professionals in action research projects.
Teaching interests I teach mostly at the advanced and postgraduate level. Above all, I work in master's programs for teachers and preschool teachers and in doctoral courses. In commissioned education, I hold action research courses, supervision, research circles, etc. In addition, I lecture in my areas of knowledge.
