Min Forskning
Mina forskningsintressen handlar om sammankopplade processer som förändras över tid. Varför? Komplexa processer är ofta sammankopplade (nätverk), och många intressanta fenomen är inte statiska utan utvecklas över tid (temporala). Så för att förstå mer om oss själva och vår värld verkar temporala nätverksperspektiv vara ett rimligt perspektiv enligt mig. Så min forskning handlar om temporala nätverksmodeller som främst tillämpas på kognition—även om jag ibland bara analysera nätverksmodeller eller temporala processer.
Men det här ämnet, så utvecklar jag metoder (1, 2), teori (3, 4), och mjukvara (5). Jag tillämpar även nätverksmodeller till data, framförallt hjärnavbildning (just nu) (6, 7).
Jag är huvudutvecklare till några open source python paket som teneto (temporal network tools) och netplotbrain (network plots on brains). Utöver det, jag bidrar till andra open-source forsknings initiativ som TemplateFlow.
Jag forskar även inom metavetenskap, där vetenskap analyseras med empiriska metoder. Målet är att säkerställa forskning bedrivs på det bästa möjliga sättet. Här har jag publicerat på läsbarhet av vetenskapliga texter, återanvändning av öppna dataset, and hur man kan förena explorativ forskning med open science.
Slutligen, jag har också intresse av filosofi. Framförallt inom vetenskapsfilosofi och social epistemologi.
