Funds

For several years now, we have administered funding for Nordic projects, networks and other efforts in the field of equality, gender and LGBTI.

Today we administer two funds, on behalf of the Nordic Council of Ministers. The purpose of them is to stimulate Nordic cooperation in the field of gender equality and LGBTI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex). We have also managed a research initiative. The work with these is carried out through NIKK, Nordic information on gender, a cooperation body under the Nordic Council of Ministers, located at the Swedish Secretariat for Gender Research. We are also planning for a new fund, the Nordic Gender Fund.
