Network and printers
Here you'll find all the information you need to connect to our Wi-Fi and use our printers, whether you're a student, researcher, or guest.
Wireless Network (Wi-Fi)
We offer access to the secure university network eduroam . The network is part of a global collaboration between universities and colleges. To connect, you'll need a user account from a member organization, such as a university.
Temporary Guests
If you're staying temporarily at Kristineberg, please contact our reception to gain Wi-Fi access through a time-limited guest account.
Unencrypted Network
For those who are unable to connect to eduroam for technical reasons, we also offer an unencrypted network called "University of Gothenburg."
Logging onto eduroam
For assistance with logging into eduroam, please contact the IT support at your home university.
Printers
If you have an x-account at the University of Gothenburg, you can easily use our printers. Select GUprint-Mobility as printer. Then use your GU card or login credentials at the printer you wish to use.
For Guests Not Affiliated with the University of Gothenburg
If you're not affiliated with the University of Gothenburg, please contact the reception to get a guest account that allows you to access our printers.
We also have printers that can be directly connected to your laptop via USB. For more information, please contact our reception.
