About Ying Li

Ying Li is an Associate Professor in health statistics. She teaches a range of medical statistics courses and serves as the course leader for one obligatory course catering to all doctoral students at the Sahlgrenska Academy.

Ying Li’s expertise extends to collaborating with medical researchers, employing advanced statistical models to solve complex problems. She is an active member of various research groups, including the Scandinavian Surgical Outcomes Research Group (SSORG), the Ronneby PFAS research program (RPRP), and Family Medicine. As a statistician, her primary focus lies in prediction models, causal inference and register studies.
