University of Gothenburg

Policies

NEON funds are used to stimulate collaboration and enhance competence among members. This is achieved in that;

  • Most of the funds are used for an annual two-day meeting. Here, all members are welcome to join in and participate in lunches and the dinner. Members working in Sweden may also book their travel to and from the meeting, and the lodging via NEON.
  • The obligatory costs for running the network include the university overhead and homepage support. The members of the working group communicate via conference calls five times a year and have one physical meeting each year where all activities are planned and funding proposals are developed.
