What is the Swedish National Sports University (RIU) Gothenburg?
RIU is a university-wide collaborative project based on an agreement between the University of Gothenburg and the Swedish Sports Confederation (RF). The initiative provides elite athletes with the opportunity to combine sports with higher education. Additionally, the collaboration brings practical research and academic coaching education together.
