Registration and fees
Registration to IMC17 2021 will be open until conference start.
The registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions and conference material. All prices are stated in SEK excl. VAT. The VAT (25% for registration and social events, 12% for hotel) will be added in the registration process.
Important information regarding VAT and Reversed Charge
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that delegates representing a company or organization from a country outside of Sweden are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT on the virtual conference registration fee.
If you are from a country outside of EUyou can register without a VAT number.
A valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise VAT will be added to your registration fee. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards.
Delegates from Sweden and private persons
Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.

The only method of payment is credit card (Visa, Master Card). Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway (SwePay) and will be listed as a transaction with Trippus Checkout on your credit card statement. If you get a message that your payment is declined - contact your bank for help.All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Method of payment
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

The conference fee can be paid by invoice to your company or card through our secure PayEx.
Payment can be made by the following methods: Invoice - Swedish Companies/Organisations - to be paid within 30 days.
Invoice – Other countries – to be paid within 10 days.

Cancellation of registration and social events
Cancellation is possible, and you will be refunded the congress fee less an administrative cost of SEK 500 excl. VAT. If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged.
