About Pär Rylander
My research interests are leadership, coaching and performance development in sport.
My dissertation focuses on coaches power and influencen in team sports. More specifically, I examine coaches bases of power and their association with, for example, athletes ' practice behaviours and satisfaction with their coach.
The dissertation project is funded by the Centre for Sports Research (CIF).
I teach in topics such as leadership, sport management and social psychology.
