Welcome letter from the Departement

If you, after the second selection on July 27th, are admitted to a course/courses/program  that starts during study period 1, you will receive a welcome letter by email during the weeks 32-33.

It's important to check your email regularly at the email address you provided on www.universityadmissions.se .

If you still haven't received a summons by week 34, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact the expedition at expedition@lir.gu.se as soon as possible.

For courses that begin in the middle of the semester (November 1st), the welcome letter will be emailed at the beginning of October.

Registration and Course Introduction

NOTE! If you are admitted to an online course or program, all teaching will take place online, meaning you are not expected to be present on campus. Once you are registered, you will have access to complete information about the course structure in Canvas.

The welcome letter will contain information about when, where, and how the course introduction will take place.

If you are admitted to a coursethat starts during study period 1, you must register yourself before the start of the semester following the instructions provided in the welcome letter. If you are admitted to H2RTM Master of Theology (120 credits), your study counsellor will register you for the two courses starting the programme.

Courses/programs that start during study period 1 (week 35) will have introductions starting no earlier than Monday, August 28th. More information and schedules will be available on the respective course's open page on Canvas: All Courses.

To find your course, type in the course code, for example, RKT111/IL1101/LV1111, in the field at the top left corner. Select the option H23. Click on Course Overview, and you will find links to the course syllabus, reading list, and schedule (for campus courses) a little further down the page. If you don't see the H23 option, the page has not been published yet, but it will be available at least 2 weeks before the start of the semester, so please try again later.
