On site in the tent are Viveka Kjellmer, Department of Cultural Studies and Jenny Högström Berntson, Centre for Critical Heritage Studies, both involved in the research network #matarv (#culinaryheritage). Together with them, you can test your sense of smell, botanize in cookbooks and recipes, be inspired and challenged by food pictures and food art. There is also the opportunity to contribute to food heritage research by taking part in a survey on food memories and meal traditions.

#matarv is a network for collaboration around research and collections about food, traditions and cultural heritage. Food is not only what we eat, but also culture, identity, politics, attitude and environment. Within #matarv, research on food from various subjects such as history, archaeology, marine biology, art, psychology, ethnology and religion is brought together.
