Breadcrumb

The Centre for Marine Evolutionary Biology (CeMEB) brings together a broad expertise from different disciplines interested in the evolutionary processes affecting marine organisms. The main foci are how populations evolve, adapt, and diverge across spatial and temporal environmental transitions. This research helps us understand how marine organisms can adapt, either to new habitats, or to climate change.

Our research

CeMEB performs research that is relevant for society and communicates the results to stakeholders and the general public. We collaborate with public authorities to develop tools for sustainable management.
