About Katarina Samuelsson

Katarina Samuelsson is a senior lecturer at the Department of Education and Special Education. She teaches in teacher education, master's programmes and courses in pedagogy, as well as supervising theses at undergraduate and graduate level. Samuelsson has a background as a teacher of Swedish and English in upper secondary school. Katarina Samuelsson is interested in curriculum theory and professional theoretical issues and her research has dealt with prerequisites for teachers' work. Her later research is about teacher education (project leader Daniel Pettersson) and the organization and management of quality and development work in municipal school administrations (project leader Mette Liljenberg).
