About Dimitrios Papadopoulos
I am employed as a PhD student at the Department of Education and Special Education. My research interest is in the field of adult learning and education, with particular focus on the SFI program (Swedish Tuition for Immigrants). My thesis work is addressing the concept of individualisation as it is formed in policy, as well as the challenges and opportunities it creates for teachers.
I am teaching in the second cycle course 'Adult Learning' and, since 2018, I have been the secretary in the Collegium for Politics in Education (POP) and a member of the SwISCAR network (Swedish section of the International Society for Cultural-Historical Activity Research).
