CHEFiOS - Organizational conditions for leadership
Short description
Chefios focuses on how the work is organized and how this affects the conditions for creating good jobs and well-functioning activities in the public sector.
The Chefios project, which took place between 2008 and 2014, was a collaboration between the University of Gothenburg and the number of West Swedish municipalities with funding from, among others, Vinnova, the City of Gothenburg and the Region Västra Götaland. The research was mainly about managerial work in municipal administrations.
The research project has been completed and the results are now being disseminated in various forms to both practitioners and researchers in the form of assignment training, new research projects and assignment activities.
