About Almudena Cañibano

Almudena Cañibano is a visiting researcher at Business School (Department of Business Administration). She is an Associate Professor in Management at ESCP Business School and holds a PhD in Employment Relations and Organizational Behaviour from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focuses on the changing nature of work and its connection to employee experiences. She studies innovative work organization systems and practices (e.g. flexible working, virtual teams, participation schemes or digital freelancing) and their effect on occupational health, employee wellbeing, social inclusion and organizational performance.
