Short description

The project aims to continuously follow two innovation hubs - AZ BioVentureHub and CampX by Volvo Group - and analyze their establishment and development over time. The project analyzes how the innovation hubs can be designed to be mutually attractive to both the large companies and the scale-up companies, and how the innovation processes can be measured and governed. The study increases the understanding of how innovation hubs can act as a lever for innovations, business and growth for scale-up companies, but also as a transformative force in large Swedish companies. Through a combination of interviews, informal and formal documents as well as participatory observations, knowledge is developed about the challenges and opportunities that arise in the ongoing enactment work, and about how the processes are handled over time.
