The Head of Department at the Academy of Music and Drama, Mist Thorkelsdottir, has decided to terminate her employment for family reasons.

Recruitment of a new Head of Department will begin immediately. Until the recruitment is carried out, Thomas Jäderlund has been appointed as Acting Head of Department.
