Opera premiere

The bachelor's and master's programmes in opera offer two works, which together constitute the students' final production: Cimarosa's "L'Impresario in Angustie" and Puccini's "Suor Angelica". The first is a twisted, but frighteningly realistic parody of what life behind the curtains in an opera house can look like. The latter is a brief but intense tragedy that takes place in a nunnery.
