Halftime seminar: "Co-farming of fed and extractive species in Swedish land-based recirulating aqquaculture systems: Effects on water quality, health and welfare"

Focus for her PhD-project is about develop and evaluate methods to increase the circularity in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), with emphasis on health and welfare of the cultured organisms. Opponent at the seminar is Marius Takvam from NORCE and the University of Bergen, and examiner Malin Celander, Department of biological and environmental sciences. Marica's main supervisor is Snuttan Sundell (BioEnv) with Henrik Pavia ( Marine Sciences,  GU), Claes Lundberg (Smögenlax) och Torbjörn Johansson (IVL) as co-supervisor.
