Henrik Björck, born 1961, Ph. D. in History of Ideas and Science 1995, assistant professor in History of Technology at Chalmers University of Technology 1998–2002, professor in History of Ideas and Science at Gothenburg University 2005-Present. Research in early 19th century journalism, ideology among engineers, evolution of institutions for higher education and research, historiography of history of ideas and science and methodology of metaphor analysis.
