My work relates to molecular processes regarding comparative evolution in Littorina species.

The aim is to examine trait evolution across several species and ecotypes in Littorina species using genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic approaches. Some interesting traits including shell phenotypes, relationship between DNA inversions and gene expression compared with phenotype, and reproductive traits, such as sperm competition.
