About
The course gives in-depth knowledge about theories and methods for the design, implementation and evaluation of dialogue systems by focusing especially on:
- Semantics and pragmatics for dialogue systems
- Data collection and analysis
- Advanced dialogue management
- Multimodality
- Evaluation of dialogue systems
- Advanced implementation techniques
Requirements
Passing grade in each of the following four courses:
- Introduction to programming (7.5 credits)
- Introduction to formal linguistics (7.5 credits)
- Natural language processing (15 credits)
- Dialogue systems (7.5 credits)
or achieved equivalent language technological skills and knowledge.
