International Officer
The International Officer manages internationalisation-related matters for the majority of departments within the Faculty. The role includes working with exchange agreements, exchange students, and staff mobility, as well as providing information and guidance to students and staff regarding exchange opportunities with partner universities abroad. The position involves quality assurance of agreement processes and participation in the organisation of various activities aimed at strengthening the Faculty’s international collaborations.
The International Officer also serves as the Faculty’s main contact person for the International Centre.
Doctoral Education Administration
Coordinates, prepares, and administers matters related to doctoral education. Responsibilities include monitoring, follow-up, and quality evaluation of doctoral education, as well as contributing to activities such as the introductory week for new doctoral students. The role also involves working with collaboration and external engagement aspects within doctoral education.
Acts as case officer and secretary to the Humanities Faculty Board’s preparatory body for doctoral education matters, the Doctoral Education Committee (FUB). Serves as convenor of the network for doctoral education administrators.
