Earth Science Seminar II: Performing, presenting and evaluating scientific studies
Summary
The objective of the course is to assist students in the process carrying out and successfully completing a research project in Earth Sciences, especially master’s thesis projects. A secondary objective is to provide information on existing job opportunities for graduates in geosciences in research, industry and consulting. The course will serve as a platform for discussion of problems related to thesis work and general questions related to geosciences. This will be achieved by the active participation of research staff and invited guests.
About
This course is for program students in the Earth Sciences. Students do not need to apply separately for this course.
Students from other Gothenburg University Natural Science programmes, who will be completing a thesis with an Earth Science researcher are welcome to participate as well. Please contact: svl@gvc.gu.se.
