Region Västra Götaland, VGR, has decided to continue its co-financing of the School's Master's programme in Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship (KBE).
VGR is co-financing initiatives to promote growth and development in Västra Götaland. This is done in the context including vision Västra Götaland, Västra Götaland Strategy 2020 and various EU programmes.
The initiative's aim is to promote entrepreneurial projects with international potential. By identifying, evaluating and matching ideas and projects with entrepreneurial students from the School's Master's programme KBE (in a so-called incubation process), in cooperation with GU-holding, creates long-term, sustainable growth in the region.
The pre-incubation process, along with coaching within the KBE programme, trains students for a career in entrepreneurship with the goal of developing businesses after graduation.
