On 3 September CIBS will be visited by two colleagues from the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology in Japan. They are working on the Japanese service industry and would like to present some of their research at a CIBS seminar.
Patrik Ström will also give some accounts of service research.
The seminar will be 10-12.
