Since 2018, David Dencik is an Artist in residence at the Academy of Music and Drama through generous funding from the Sten A Olsson's Foundation for Research and Culture. During the first two years, he held workshops for acting and film students where he shared his rich experiences as an actor in front of the camera. In two well-attended public conversations, he also told about his views on acting. The third and final conversation focuses on his own roles in Swedish and international films. With the help of clips from, among others, No Time to Die, Quick, Chernobyl and Top of the Lake, he takes us into his role interpretations in films and TV series that have met a large audience around the world.

Host: Catharina Bergil, unit manager for the stage area
