Biography
PhD in psychology 2013 with the dissertation “That’s how people grow up: Identity formation in emerging adulthood”. Associate Professor and licenced psychologist 2019. Member of The Gothenburg group for Research In Developmental psychology (GRID)
Teaching
My teaching concern developmental psychology and mental Health with a particular focus on identity and adolescence.
Research interests
My research interests concern development and living conditions in various parts of the lifespan with regards to, for example, gender issues and aspects of identity development.
Current research
A socio-cultural perspective and a mixed methods approach guide my research, which concern the study of identity, personality and parenthood and identity constructions in specific contexts such as the family, romantic relationships, and online environments.
