About Fredrika Almqvist

I have been working at the Swedish Secretariat for Gender Research since autumn 2022 and I am mainly involved in projects linked to NIKK (Nordic Information on Gender), which is a cooperation body under the Nordic Council of Ministers that is currently located at the University of Gothenburg. NIKK works mainly with collection and dissemination of knowledge and practice, facts and research in the field of gender equality and LGBTI with a Nordic and cross-sectoral perspective.

I mainly work with dissemination, communication and project administration linked to NIKK's ongoing projects and am the editor of our social media and web.

I have previously coordinated the national gender research conference G19.
