Short description

Preventive and health-promoting environment work benefits both employees and operations, and can increase job satisfaction and performance as well as reduce sick leave. A challenge in the development of successful strategies for a healthy work environment is that it is integrated with the business management. Another key challenge is that there are managers in the operations who perceive themselves as “owning” the process when it comes to developing the work environment, while HR and occupational health care (FHV) are supportive resources.
