In autumn: PhD course on "Risk, uncertainty and decision-making"

In collaboration with the BECC MERGE research school ClimBECO, FRAM launces a new PhD course this autumn. The focus will be on theoretical perspectives and methods used in research on risk within different disciplines, with a thematic focus on risks from chemical mixtures.

During the autumn of 2019, the FRAM Centre is able to offer a multidisciplinary PhD course called “Risk, uncertainty and decision-making”. The sessions will be held at the University of Gothenburg on 8-9 October, at Lund University on 5-6 November and ends with a conference in Copenhagen, 7-8 November.

The course is arranged as part of the BECC MERGE research school ClimBEco but is open for applications from PhD students from all faculties.

Except from the ClimBECO research school and the FRAM Centre, the course is also supported by Lund University Centre for Risk Assessment and Management (LUCRAM) and the Nordic Chapter of the Society for Risk Analysis.
