About
The course takes as its point of departure the 54 articles of the UN
Convention on the Rights of the Child. Important content areas are:
Theoretical constructs for describing and understanding children's
development and learning, childhood politics with specific focus on the
relationship between rights and realities in the everyday lives of
children and the implementation of the CRC in different countries, in
particular those the students come from.

Selection
Selection is based upon average grade from upper secondary school (34 %), the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 165 credits (33 %) and Högskoleprovet - Swedish Scholastic Aptitude Test (33 %).
