About Mette Sandoff

Mette Sandoff is an Associate Professor in Business
Administration. Since 2012 Sandoff has the position as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Gothenburg, strategically responsible for education and Head of the University's Board of Education. Former managerial positions are among others Vice-Dean at the School of Business, Economics and Law, Head of the Department of Business Administration and Board member of Universeum Science Parc. The spring 2017 she attended an Administrative Fellowship at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania; shadowing the President’s and the Provost’s managerial work and shared experiences. During March 2018 to March 2019 Sandoff was, on behalf of The Higher Education Authority, the Head of The Quality Assurance Committee evaluating Malmö University. 2019-2020 she is assigned by The Association of Swedish Higher Education Institutions as a Committee Member for Pedagogical Development. Sandoff has extensive and varied teacher and research experience and is conducting research within the fields of leadership and human resource management, especially in the service and health sectors. She is now conducting research on experience-based pedagogical learning among teaching staff.
