Sally Windsor är universitetslektor i IDPP. Efter att ha kommit från Australien tillbringade hon ett antal år föreläsningar vid Melbourne Graduate School of Education där hon undervisade i didaktik, pedagogik, geografi, och sociologi för utbildning. På IDPP undervisar hon utbildning för hållbar utvecklingskurser, internationell och global utbildning och utbildningsmetoderkurser. Sallys forskningsintressen inkluderar hållbarhetsutbildning i skolor, social hållbarhet, samhallsskap, internationell lärararbete och politiska jämförelser och konsekvenserna av globalisering på skolutbildning.
