Short description

Continuing from our earlier work where we translated and validated the Swedish version of the Living with Medicines questionnaire (LMQ), this work will use this instrument to measure medicines burden in a population of frail older people. The LMQ is unique in that it provides a person-centred outcome measure of medicines burden. Hence, as part of the larger IHOP-e RCT, we will evaluate the impact of person-centred care on measured medicines burden and test for correlations with health-related quality of life and costs of illness.
