Webinar on ecotourism

On September 8, 2020, CFT researchers and the West Sweden Tourist Board participated in a webinar on ecotourism arranged by Reväst and the Center for Sustainable Development at University West.

Erik Lundberg gave an introduction to ecotourism including a definition, challenges and possibilities. Eva Maria Jernsand and Helena Kraff presented on the social aspects of ecotourism, particularly community-based tourism (CBT) and social enterprises involved in CBT and labour market integration. This was followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with all participants and the audience.
