A shooting took place in front of one of the university’s building at Vasagatan between Vasaplatsen and Avenyn at lunchtime Friday. One person is taken to hospital with bullet wounds.
"University staff and students who were at the scene and witnessed the event has been taken in care and offered support," says Leif Bouvin, head of security at the University of Gothenburg.
