How was the reexamination dates communicated to the students?

Information to students with courses remaining was first sent December 19, 2019. This information included examination dates and a reminder of which courses were missing. Just over 70 students received this information, only ten responded and were assisted.

A second communication was sent to the remaining outstanding students in the spring of 2020, and several students got in touch and received personal guidance for how to complete their degree.

A third informational letter was sent in December 2020. Everyone who responded received personal guidance. In 2021, the dates for re-examination were also communicated.
